DELIVERY METHOD

Deliveries are carried out during business hours so we strongly suggest the delivery address you provide is either a residence where someone will be home during those hours or a business address.
No P.O. Boxes, Australia Post doesn’t like handling oversize items and sometimes flat out refuses them so we don’t recommend delivering to a Post Office box.
In the event you are unavailable on delivery day, the courier company will usually leave a card for you to organize re-delivery or pick up from the depot. For some customers in rural or non-metro areas, the occasion may arise where you will have to pick up from your nearest freight depot. Items are usually dispatched 1-2 business days after payment has cleared and tracking numbers are provided once the item has been shipped – please allow 7-10 business days for non-metro areas.
