WARRANTY
OZ Loading Ramps offers a genuine Australia wide 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults for all private use to the original purchaser. If used for commercial purposes, we will still warrant our products against manufacturing defects but the wear and tear nature of the product means they will be treated with a common sense approach outside of the first 6 months.
30 DAY RETURNS
OZ Loading Ramps offers a 30 day return period on all aluminium loading ramps sold. We must be notified within 30 days of the date of purchase and the return must be approved before the buyer returns the item. All items returned must be done so in original, re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging.

Good heavy duty ramp, I’m happy I finally found one that isn’t too narrow or too steep for my old injured and fat girl. Exeptionally good quality for the price compared to what I found in pet shops. Sturdy too, which makes my dog confident even though she had bad experiences with flimsy and slippery ramps before. Not too heavy for my bad back considering how sturdy it is. Easy to install and to store. I was expecting it to have a system to lock it when open, it doesn’t have any, but doesn’t roll back during use. It was a backorder but I was surprised to receive it before I expected it. Happy dog owner here 🙂 I recommend!
