WARRANTY
OZ Loading Ramps offers a genuine Australia wide 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults for all private use to the original purchaser. If used for commercial purposes, we will still warrant our products against manufacturing defects but the wear and tear nature of the product means they will be treated with a common sense approach outside of the first 6 months.
30 DAY RETURNS
OZ Loading Ramps offers a 30 day return period on all aluminium loading ramps sold. We must be notified within 30 days of the date of purchase and the return must be approved before the buyer returns the item. All items returned must be done so in original, re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging.
