Delivery Information

PICKUP OPTION

Collection and pick up is available from our QLD warehouse Monday to Friday 10AM-3PM by appointment only.  Payment must be arranged prior to arrival and no products are actively on display. If notified before and arranged before 12pm, products can be picked up same day.

Step 1

Select “Local Pickup”, proceed to checkout and finalise the payment. This will forward all your details.

Step 2

Contact us via 1300-396-066 [Mon-Fri 10am-3pm] to confirm stock availability.

Step 3

Pick up between warehouse hours Mon-Fri 10am-3pm (excl. public holidays).

DELIVERY METHOD

As a result of the size and weight of some of these ramps we deliver the majority by courier.  With this in mind, there are some guidelines we recommend for a seamless delivery experience.

  • Provide your mobile number at checkout, we will use this as a primary point of contact when communicating any delivery issues with your order.
  • Deliveries are carried out during business hours so we strongly suggest the delivery address you provide is either a residence where someone will be home during those hours or a business address.
  • No P.O. Boxes, Australia Post doesn’t like handling oversize items and sometimes flat out refuses them so we don’t recommend delivering to a Post Office box.

In the event you are unavailable on delivery day, the courier company will usually leave a card for you to organize re-delivery or pick up from the depot. For some customers in rural or non-metro areas, the occasion may arise where you will have to pick up from your nearest freight depot. Items are usually dispatched 1-2 business days after payment has cleared and tracking numbers are provided once the item has been shipped – please allow 7-10 business days for non-metro areas.
